Change my password

I’M USING MANAGEXAM WITH MY BROWSER

1. Login to your personal dashboard

2. In your header, click on “Edit my account”

3. Then, in the Edit my account section, click on the button “Reset my password”

4. In the new window that opens, you’ll find 3 fields to fill out: your security code, a new password field and a confirmation password field.

5. Check your inbox to collect your security code

6. Enter your security code in your browser then choose a new password and confirm it by re-entering it in the dedicated field.

Please note that for security reason, your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, including one number and one special such as *, # or @. 


I’M USING MANAGEXAM WITH AN APPLICATION ON MY COMPUTER

1. Login to your personal dashboard

2. In your header, click on “My account”

3. Then, in the right hand corner, click on the pencil button

4. In the new window that opens, enter your current password then click on “Continue”.

5.  In the following screen, choose a new password and confirm it by re-entering it in the dedicated field. Then click on “Reset password”.

Please note that for security reason, your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, including one number and one special such as *, # or @.
