How to access my account after the January 2018 updates?

1. Access your login screen of your student dashboard by clicking here or on the screenshot below.


2. Click on the blue button “First login?” 


3. In the new window, enter your email address, the one used for your communications with Managexam, then click on “Activate my account”.


4. A message confirming your action is then displayed on the top of the screen and invite you to check your inbox.


5. Check your inbox and collect your temporary password.

If you haven’t received your temporary password, please check your spam folder and make sure to whitelist the email sender to ease the communications in the future. If you still haven’t received the email, please contact us.


6. Login to your personal dashboard with your email address and your temporary password.


7. A new window will invite you to choose a new password. Please enter your chosen password and confirm it by entering it again in the dedicated field.

Please note that for security reasons your password will have to include at less 8 characters, with, at least a special one such as *, # or @ and one number.

Complete your activation by clicking on “Validate”.
