How to update my application (new version) ?

Managexam releases regularly new versions of Managexam Live to correct technical issues or introduce new functionalities.

As you launch the application on your desktop, the login screen will be unavailable. You will instead find the following message:

When an update is available, you will have to first download the most recent version to connect to the exam center. To do so, please follow those few steps:

  • Please click on the logo of your operating system to download a .zip file which contains the latest version of your application.

    Windows app

    Click here to download the Windows app

    Your antivirus might block the download or the launch of your application. You can find more information on how to disable temporarily your antivirus in this article.

    MacOS app

    Click here to download the MacOS app

    Your computer might block Managexam Live from launching after downloading the application. You can find more information on how to force your computer to open an app in this article. 

  • Open the zip file and launch the installation of the new app on your computer
  • You’ll then have access to the login screen as usual.
